Purpose

-Design an Innovation IQ program to upskill a Products client account team on how to infuse innovation practices/mindsets into their ways of working

Outcome

-Created an innovation think tank series known as “Hive Mind” which took inspiration from how bees communicate to create complex, yet efficient structured ways of working. This experience taught participants how to see things from different perspectives, how to design in a more human-centric manner, and how to engage in meaningful self-reflection.

MIXED MEDIA IMMERSION

Purpose

-Craft an immersive experience for a Life Sciences client exposition day

-1 month of ethnographic research & patient interviews

-1 week of script development

-1 week of directing voice recording sessions with actors/actresses

-2 weeks of design-thinking led strategy work

Outcome

-Co-wrote, directed and designed an immersive experience called Dealing with Healing

-Participants were able to "walk in the shoes" of a chronically-ill elderly patient to learn how connected digital services will empower the future of human health.

-Digital Love Re-Imagined is a POV on how humans naturally form relationships and how that process can be leveraged to cultivate more "natural" connections with digital platforms

TRAINING TO LEAD

Purpose

-Curriculum design for pandemic virtual consulting school (Corporate Citizenship initiative)

-Teach high-school age students about the world of consulting & key consulting skills

-3 weeks of ethnographic research & design thinking workshop creation

-Managed a team of 5 to organize visual designs, curriculum structure, and delivery strategies

-Consulted project leadership on ways to improve the program

-3 months of instructional delivery to cohort of 400+ students
